God's Unfailing Love. The Potter moulding His Clay

You Are Loved: A Glimpse of God’s Unfailing Love

God's Unfailing Love. The Potter moulding His Clay

See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for He allows us to be called His children—think of it—and we really are! But since most people don’t know God, naturally they don’t understand that we are His children

1 John 3:1

Reflection

As a mother, currently blessed with a newborn, I find myself constantly gazing at my baby girl, overwhelmed with love for her… Then, a familiar thought crosses my mind—one I’ve had before.

I remembered wondering if I could ever love another child as deeply as I did eleven years ago, when I first became a mother to my eldest child. That kind of love felt so complete, so full, I couldn’t imagine there being room for more.

But when my second child was born, I realised something miraculous: my love multiplied—it didn’t diminish. I realised I could love them both.

Now, with four children, my heart overflows with deep, fierce, unwavering love for each of them.

This is just a glimpse of God’s love for us.

“The LORD appeared to me from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore, I have continued my faithfulness to you.”

Jeremiah 31:3 (ESV)

God’s unfailing love continues. His love isn’t diminished by your failures or distracted by your flaws. Even when you were disobedient, He didn’t discard you. He forgave you. He continued His faithfulness to you.

Come Boldly

Maybe today you feel too broken, too distant, or too unworthy to receive His love. But hear this truth:

Jesus Christ has set you free.

“For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.” Galatians 5:1 (ESV)

The enemy wants you shackled by shame, but God says, “Come boldly.”

“So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive His mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.”

Hebrews 4:16 (NLT)

Jesus isn’t looking to punish you. He’s a Saviour who understands your pain.

He knows your struggles. He sees your brokenness. And still, He calls you—saying:

“Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”

— Matthew 11:28 (NLT)

Are you willing to respond to God’s unfailing love today?

Prayer

Father God,

Thank You for loving me with such unfailing love. I come boldly and ask for Your mercy.

Please break every chain of guilt, shame, and unworthiness that keeps me from running into Your arms. Heal my wounded heart. Restore my doubting soul. Let me feel the overwhelming, unchanging love You have for me. And help me to love You in return.

Thank You, Lord, in Jesus’ name, amen.

My Prayer for You

That you will know how deep, high, long, and wide God’s unfailing love for you truly is—now and always, in Jesus’ name. Amen
